How Losing Weight Can Help Depression! Keys to fast weight loss!
I am 16 years old, just two weeks ago i weight 167 and had major depression issues. I was on anti-depression medicine and just didn't see a point of living anymore. I now weight 158, only two weeks later. Still having the right amounts of food, thats an average of 4.5 loss weight a week. I am currently off my anti-depression medicine and i am so much more happier and more confident now. Eating healthy isn't as hard as you would think, eating healthy could be very easy and enjoyable at the same time. The trick is to burn at least half of your calorie-intake with exercises, yes, it may seem hard, but not really, as long as your determined. As soon as you see results, you will want to keep on going! Number one rule is to drink a lot of water, replacing a soft drink a day with a water, is approximately 140-150 calories less a day, which is less exercise you have to put your body through. Exercises takes time, if you can only walk on the treadmill, keep on walking for an extra 5 minutes. Then try running for 30 seconds the following day. It is recommended that you get thirty minutes of exercise a day. Yes, i am only 16, but i know this stuff, believe me. Another important thing about losing weight easily is to avoid salt, salt is not good at all for losing weight. Instead of stopping at McDonald's, you could go home and make you a delicious salad with fat free dressing(not a lot). That right there is about 600 calories you just saved. Thats healthier for your body, and its giving you the results to the body you always wanted. Diets are not hard unless you look at it as a diet. Losing weight is all about progress. Lower your portions, every day, lower your portion about 1/20, until you get to about half of your usual portion. The less amount of food you eat, the less your body wants. I'm not saying to starve yourself! Starving yourself is probably worst than easting junk food. When you starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode which lowers your metabolism which means you will either stay the same weight or even gain. Not to include its not for your body. Don't be afraid to eat when your hungry, like i said before, just lower your portion. You must have a cheat day in your diet if you want to succeed! Most people choose to make Saturday their cheat day. A "Cheat Day" is when you eat what you want for a day. Once you eat that meal you've been craving all week, it sets your body for another week of eating healthy and exercising. Once you start seeing results, you will be a lot more happier and confident.
